I am showing several in app purchases that I didnt do. I had tried to purchase a 4.99 and an 8.99 package but it never went through. It would give me a message about it not going through and it would reverse the transaction or something like that. Now its locked up my ability to download apps or update. Sent from my iPad

I love this game but today I logged on and it keeps telling me to refresh page. Ive refreshed over 10 times and it wont let me play. Fix this issue!!

Until the rooms I needed to find things in were all stuck on the speed timer mode! Cant beat a single on of these... simply too hard.

It keeps making me refresh my game. It wont go into the next page and I had to refresh it over 10 times and it kept telling me to refresh for new data. Very frustrating!!

Havent been able to play since yesterday takes forever to load only to say I need to refresh and that happens every time!

Cant play for long when rooms cost so much to play. But its engaging & makes me wish I could play more consecutively.

Love the new update but wish I could play longer and my life didnt end in like 5minutes then I have to wait 24hrs for it to refill...

It loses the professional finish with spelling errors or incomplete words. Mildly fun so far. I am just starting though.

I enjoy the concept of this game. Its fun to search rooms and build collections, the holiday themes are fun. However, the life cost to enter each room is too high, needed items are very expensive in game currency and the rewards for leveling up is not very generous. I purchased a few coin packs (with real money) thinking I could make better progress, but they dont last long as store items are expensive. Also, expensive items dont last very long. Ive noticed that a lot of people on my friend list have given up (cobwebs). I think you would retain players if success was not so hard to achieve. Update: not sure whats happening the last few days but here seem to be A LOT of glitches. Game has frozen after completion of room without gaining rewards. Expensive items (first aid kits and meals) have vanished from my inventory without being used. Certain gifts can no longer be given but appear as options (lenses) Please fix this.
