Game wont open at all, says convention lost and server unavailable.

But havent been able to open it. Says lost connection to server :( please update this...

This game is fantastic. Im addicted. Lol the story line is great, some misspellings of words and sometimes the dialogue sounds like a 10 year old wrote it because of the way the words are put together, but all in all its a great game. With that being said, after only playing it for a few days, the game server is not responding and I cant play it. Please please please get this fixed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I want to play again.

I tried playing the game today and it asked me to refresh it for more data that has been available, but after that the game keeps crashing as soon as I try to go through a room

I really like this game!! I was thinking about to get a monthly abo and I actually would give 5 ***** but its crashing almost every time when Im trying to go into or out of a room!! its just frustrating and not fun at all!! The app doesnt even work anymore after a certain level...it kicks you out of it right away. "the horrible support" should try to work on it, never got a response back after my complaints. Dismissed!!

I was drawn in at first, but my commitment to the game and interest is quickly dwindling. It has become repetitive and frustrating when you Search a room to find nothing, keep fulfilling the same tasks over-and-over yet cannot fulfill many others, and then also the puzzles... Ive been playing for quite awhile and still havent been able to put the basement or first floor puzzles together. Ive unlocked many "areas," but of course cannot access them (to hopefully bring more interest to keep playing!) because the puzzle is missing three pieces still. *sigh*

So far, I REALLY like this game- the graphics are beautiful, the storyline is intriguing, and its a fun challenge!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! I was really looking forward to playing this game, but I severely let down! Most of the dialogue wouldnt load, error messages and computer gibberish and the vital information for the game would not load. It made the entire game unplayable.

I like the game and the different modes to do each level, but you have to do each level way to many times, gets boring :(

I cant even get the game to load. Creator of game needs to fix all the bugs. Not a good first impression

Pop ups say error text not found so the point of the game is unclear. Constantly asks to join social media and invite friends when all you wanna do is just play the freakin game!!

After waiting for five minutes for the game to loads it looks awesome! It just continues to crash on me... Id love to play this game once the bugs get tinkered with!!

Wow. The game seems to be Russian in origin. I cannot believe all the typos and poorly written English. Beyond that, they are too tight with advancements and rewards. You could spend a fortune on this game and not get anywhere. Poo!

I was really looking forward to playing this game but the load time is absolutely ridiculous.

I liked this game until the gold tokens I purchased disappeared. I will change my review if they ever return them.

I just installed the newest update and now everything is written in Russian, I think. I cant understand anything!! Please change my game back to English!!! Game code: RK1by

I purchased tokens, after an update apparently, and have yet to see them. Liked the game, but this is not good.

The idea of the game is very cool, and the quests are pretty easy. But, there is too much going on in the game and it quickly becomes confusing on what you need to accomplish first. Puzzles, collections, quests, achievements, earning keys, etc. too much at once. As well, you need gold coins to complete certain tasks, and once you have spent them the only way to get more is to buy them. After playing for about 24 hours, Im deleting the game. I shouldnt have a headache after playing a game on my phone.

Very fun game. I wish the rooms didnt take so much life to go into though. I would like to play longer at a time. Also- its hard to play with no friends playing, cant find any but the help would be helpful
