le jeu décroche beaucoup de plus il nest pas rare que lénergie soit déduite pour faire une scène alors que celle-ci ne saffiche pas en plus il demande régulièrement de remettre le compteur à zéro sauf que ça ne fonctionne pas

Jeu bien trop sombre si vous tenez à vos yeux. Trop lent, on avance pas, trop daccessoires et de choses à faire, puzzles, collections, etc, qui naboutissent pas, à moins dacheter lultime objet manquant... Qui vous permettra "peut être " davancer...

Je sympa mais avec de gros problèmes de connections, et il faut être patient tres patient pour réussir à avancer car certaines pièces sont très dures à obtenir !!

Dommage que la mise à jour est en langue russe ... Un correctif en français serait sympa...

Je note mitigée, car au niveau des objets cachés, lhistoire cest top mais cest pas facile de récolter des objets et faut suivre parce que jai mis un peu de temps pour comprendre comment fonctionné tout ces accessoires, mini jeux etc . Par contre il faut en plus être super mega patient... Ce nest que mon avis.

I’m at freedom level 57 and yet the game does not recognize my progress. Please fix it

I’ve been playing this game FOR YEARS. But it’s changed so much over the years I’m no longer into it.

Well, a few years ago when I first was playing, it was in Portrait view. Now, it’s forced Landscape and it renders the game barely playable because the room screen zooms all over the place in the dark modes so you can’t rightly see the items you’re supposed to be finding, and now the information texts come up over the items in friends’ rooms/inventory pieces instead of off to the side so you can still properly see/interact with the items. Looks like I’m quitting again. Was a good game, but not so much anymore.

I like the game just fine, but could you incorporate a way for gamers to ask questions so that hints or suggestions on how to complete something? ie, how to get the cache mode on the Indian room and the bedroom. Also to see our statistics

I love this game and have been playing it for a real long time now and it has been freezing up and getting stuck saying waiting or connecting to server.

I enjoyed the game. I have noticed the updated. I did click updated and APP page show up. I noticed it say open. I click it then the page open up, sigh, it say update. What’s going on. I did report to the support this morning.

Sure, there hadn’t been an update, a new event, even repeating an old event, or a new anything in quite some time, but this new update has made the game unplayable. The text on my iPhone is almost too small to read, making it hard to know what I’m supposed to be looking for, the gameplay didn’t need to be changed. Please go back! I’ve played this for years and loved it, but this update basically ruined the entire game.

Ever since I updated the app 2 days ago , it won’t load the game. Every time I try opening the app, it opens a white screen for one second and then takes me back to my home screen. And I haven’t been able to play the game for two days because of this. I love this game and that’s why I need this problem fixed otherwise I would give it a better rating

I’ve been playing this game on my laptop for a few years now and I loved it so when I saw that they made a app for it I got excited and downloaded it. I was upset to see after I downloaded it , the game wouldn’t even load. All it keeps saying is connecting so server and I know it’s not my internet connection because all of my other apps work..... if that could be fixed I’d be more then happy to give the app 5 stars vs 1

I remembered playing this game on Facebook years ago and it was still an awe-inspiring gaming. I have played many, and I do mean MANY, puzzle and escape room games but none of them lived up to this game. Yes, it is *that* awesome! The storyline is very immersive and kept my attention from the get-go. I was personally invested in the characters from the get-go as well, which did not happen very often in the other puzzle games. Then when I leveled up to 30 with (330 energy?), the game on Facebook lagged so terribly I couldn't play it anymore. I was disheartened I couldn't play it anymore cuz the lag was terrible. Yes, I did update the flash but it made no difference. Years passed, I was struck by nostalgia and imagine my surprise that this game is now available on BOTH IOS app and IPad app!! Double elation!!! So, I have the game on both my iPhone and iPad and giddily as ever to play the game once more! Best of all, there is absolutely NO LAG!!! Yaaaaahhs!!! As for giving four stars out of five, well... here are my only complaints: 1.) I tried to connect the social media, such as Twitter but the link was outdated. (This part was kinda understandable but shouldn't the link be renewed every now and then? Hence my confusion.) 2.) No matter what I do, I was unable to share my achievements on Facebook. When I attempted to do so, my screen froze and was unable to connect. When I refresh page, I received an error message stating "Achievement message couldn't be sent." --> While this part doesn't really bother me too badly, it's just mildly annoying that I couldn't complete the tasks on the three dial plates. 3.) I love the icon buttons layout far better on the phone app, it looks simpler and easier to maneuver than it is on the iPad app. The friends button was on the upper left side of the screen and it scrolls down vertically which I personally love. Alternatively, the friends button on the iPad app is on the lower left screen and scrolls horizontally which takes up far more of the bottom space than needed rather than the small portions of space on the left side of the screen. Viewing the diary, chest, store icons on the bottom screen horizontally is much more preferable (like the one in the IOS app) rather than viewing them vertically on the right side of the screen and it looks more awkward visually somehow. However, I absolutely love seeing the countdown icons from amulet, VIP, etc. on the right screen vertically and it made more easier for me to view visually rather than position them on the left side of the screen. I think it's pretty obvious how much I love the button icon layout and why I felt the layout is far better on on the IOS app than the iPad app. Now then, what I love about the iPad layout is I can view the room much, much more easier than I did on the iPhone app. I can view more of the inventory stock without having to scroll down much which I personally love!! 4.) Need more blood/energy!! XD I have played the sequel game and it gave more energy than I know what to do with but storyline from that game is a little dull for my taste. This part may be a nit picky coming from me, but the energy/blood recovery is just a little slow.

I do not like that fact that I have purchased coins 3 times now and it shows that it was successfully purchased but the game says there was an error and I don’t get the credits. But I still got charged all 3 times

I haven’t been getting the opportunity to participate in the events for a month or so, but I am still playing the game. It is challenging, but if it weren’t I’d have stopped playing long ago. The graphics are beautiful.

The game started out great got far was happy with it now I can’t catch and animals or compile anything in my collection it’s to the point I am just going going to bother anyways. I feel bad for everyone I recommend for this game!

Can’t play most anything after latest IOS update! Can’t open Latest Events going on can’t collect puzzle pieces, all my friends are in webs and I can’t seem to get them back :,( Worked along time on those 72 really good friends of daily gifters! Not to mention I was the highest ranting individual for gifts 2 months in a row which was also on panic room 1 wall on FB now I will lose that as well terrible THING THAT IS

I loved this game. Some aspects are a little tedious and repetitive, and the storyline moves a bit slowly at times, but the game was interesting and unique enough to make it worth playing anyway. Now, after the latest update, a least on IOS, it’s is virtually unplayable. Most of the pop up screens no longer have working buttons, meaning I can’t even attempt many necessary tasks to complete quests. So my game is stuck until they hopefully fix it. I’ve never been able to successfully link it to my FB account, so I’m terrified to delete and reinstall my app. And I have the latest update to the game, so that’s not the problem.

I am unsure if it’s due to the OS update on iPhones or an update done in the app, but the game has been very glitchy of late. There will often be times where writing randomly is in Russian. There is a pop-up at the beginning of the game that km assuming is asking for a rating, but it’s also in Russian. The links on both buttons in the pop up don’t lead anywhere, but at least they close the window? 5 months ago I would have recommended this game, but now it’s just an app that I use to know. Also- I know the developer has a habit of posting on reviews that the individual has not updated the game. For reference I have the most recent version of the game as of the time of this post.

No recent updates, graphics are messed up. Have uninstalled & reinstalled the game. Still won’t work. Can’t even submit an issue to support, says the code is wrong when it isn’t.

I was liking this game until the updates of iOS. Lots of bugs where I can’t collect daily prizes. Can’t catch rats/ravens. Can’t do activities in friends rooms. Nothing.

I really like this game, but it’s irritating the mess out of me. This is the third time I’ve downloaded the game, hoping to beat it this time, but it is still having the same problem I encountered the other two times I’ve had it. It takes FOREVER to “connect to servers” and the sad part is I keep it updated. I wish the makers of this game would fix that problem because I’m about ready to delete it again.

First of all, I love this game but unfortunately today I have to give it only one star! I was playing this game for years and the fact that I have to stop now really upsets me! I’m not sure what is the problem but as soon as I’ve changed my iPhone to 11 pro and updated iOS the game filled with a lot of bugs! I can’t set up collections, can’t catch rats and crows, the screen freezes all the time! I’m very, very upset and disappointed! And as a result I can’t enjoy my favorite game and had to sop playing it. Please fix it! You’ll make a lot of people happy.

Loved playing this game til recently when I have been unable to play certain areas of the game

I used to recommend it. Not sure if they don’t put forth effort in the old one cause #2 is out. But I can never seem to log in. I’ve had to recreate two accounts now and once I hit a certain point, it says “connecting to server” but doesn’t do anything. Customer service flat out said sorry for the inconvenience and that’s about it. No resolution. Nothing.

I would give it a 5, but I think there should be a way for us to earn gold coins as well as buy them.

After a long history of more involved gaming, I’ve started a new foray into casual mobile games. Hidden object games are new to me, and while there are others with a more polished translation and cleaner assets, Panic Room is the one I continue to come back to. I think I just enjoy the atmosphere. It’s fairly immersive, in my opinion, and my aesthetics have a Gothic persuasion. Fun for Poe fans, I’m sure. The actual hidden object games are pretty functional and give me a nice mental break. I do have issues with the night modes though. One has to be really careful handling the zoomed in flashlight so you can click the intended object. Blech. Once you figure out how to work around the wonky zoom in night mode, it’s just fine.

My friends shared much about the game, so I decided to try. And you know what? I liked it. The story is intriguing, I really feel sorry when I get out of energy - that means I have to wait to see what’s next. I like the feature with inviting your Facebook friends, we can discuss the game and exchange gifts. And, by the way the music is really nice. I usually play with my own soundtrack, but this tune doesn’t cause desire to turn it off immediately. I recommend the game if you like interesting plot twists and have friends to invite.

Anytime I watch a video I don’t receive my free tokens and also game disconnects from server way too often! There should also be ways to earn gold coins. Good game but needs a little bit of tweaking

I always come back to this game, I try other hidden images games and they either take way to long to fill up energy or they don’t have good story lines or etc etc etc....but this game always has something for you to do. ❤️

Keeps saying I have no room for the update. I have 40 G available on my phone. Can’t continue to play.

I real enjoy this game. Sometimes you get distracted by, rats running and ball rolling. But all in all I can't wait to get more lives to continue on.

Been playing a few months, every time I try to share to Facebook it freezes.

Interesting concept but really lazy design. Same objects randomly placed in different locations throughout different rooms. By random I mean that the umbrella will appear on the curtain for no reason. Bored after 10 minutes. Many other far superior hidden object games. Don’t waste your time on this one. How many times do you need to find the same bottle of cherry juice throughout different rooms. Doing anything else in your life would be more rewarding.

Fun game but needs to be easier to pass levels and life points to enter a room should be cheaper

Been playing for a long time now too and there has been no real improvement of glitches of being a universal platform and originally a Russian game. Guide explaining more of collections and the fact that almost impossible to get assembling items for challenges. Takes me 5 traps to get 1 drop. Yikes When I stumble into actually completing a quest or actually getting that final elusive puzzle piece, I enjoy the game. More of a time killer until kinks resolved to be invested in storyline and challenges more. Challenge note- my holiday room is biggest bug of all. It’s unlocked, I can play but every item to find is invisible! I’ve exhausted my electromagnets and triple lasers completing a room that thinks there are visible objects for us to find. Very frustrating!

There is a problem with the latest update that takes me out of the game you have every attempt to enter

In the holiday room my item list shows but items in the room do not. I have wasted energy and help items to locate things needed but I can never beat the room before time runs out. Very disappointed.

I enjoy playing just wish more of my friends played.

I love this game! It keeps me busy when I have a minute and helps with my hand eye coordination too.

I love this game and I’ve been playing it for years but unless you’re willing to spend $5 to $20 a week you’ll find it very hard to move up. I wish they would increase the amount of gold and copper coins earned when passing rooms.

I love the game! But I’ve been having problems with it. When I enter a room and I’m almost done finding everything it will kick me out before I can finish. It says that my connection to the server was lost but it’s been doing it a lot lately

What happened to the Halloween event!? Never got to play it! Also why are there repeat quest! Fix it!

Love the game, but hate the tediousness. Some quests require you to go through rooms 20 times or more for an item. Drives me nuts. But I still like the game!

Very disappointed, I refuse to spend money on this game, but I see that you’ve been doing everything you can to try and force me to. You deplete my time before I can make through a room, or make it impossible not to fall into traps, or finish a quest. Quit wasting my time.
